Will You Create Meal Plan?s

I will always encourage you to create your own meal plans based on intuitive eating. This means not feeling restrictions if you are really not feeling a particular meal. However, I will work with you to create meal ideas and support you while you implement

Can You Help People With Chronic Disease?

I can most certainly help someone who has disease. However, I am not a doctor nor can I advise going against’t what a practitioner has recommended. I will work in conjunction with your healthcare provider in order to help you achieve quicker levels of healing.

Do You Work with children?

The age is really dependent here, and I prefer to work more with the parent than the child as I feel the parent can better absorb and relay in a moment to moment setting.

Are You a Nutritionist?

The short answer is no. I am an integrative nutritional health coach. This means I certified as a health coach with a specialization in nutrition. Though not the same qualifications, I am qualified to help you make sound nutrition choices and guide you to a more well-rounded way of eating and thinking about food. 

What does Gut Health Mean?

Gut health is how well your body digests, absorbs, and responds to what you eat—and how balanced your internal system feels

Do You Work With People on weightloss?

If weight loss is your goal, then you will achieve that throughout my programs. The way I teach you to mindfully eat, nourish the body and mind, as well as getting the gut in check will automatically help you shed those lbs. It depends on your commitment. If you are looking to lose a lot of weight, I can refer you to someone more specialized in that area
